A natural cellulose fiber rope with a soft, flexible feel and low-to-moderate strength. Absorbs water and sinks rather than floats, and offers only moderate resistance to UV and chemicals compared to synthetic ropes. Popular for decorative use, macrame and craft work, gym and fitness ropes, and general-purpose tying where a soft, natural-fiber grip is preferred.

A natural fiber rope made from Abaca plant fibers (part of the banana family), with moderate strength and very low stretch. Does not float and has poor acid resistance, but offers excellent UV resistance. Commonly used for landscaping, decoration, and obstacle courses.

A synthetic polyamide rope with high strength and high elongation, giving it excellent shock-absorbing properties. Sinks in water and has good UV resistance, though poor acid resistance. Best suited for towing, anchor lines, and mooring.

A thermoplastic polymer rope with moderate strength and moderate stretch. Floats on water, making it a popular choice for pool lanes, water sports, and safety lines. UV resistance is poor, but it has excellent acid resistance.
